educational system.  Ages: 3-20 years coming from the Haifa District.
Main Characteristics: Learning disabilities, behavioral & emotional disorders, psychological disorders, PDD/Autism, Cerebral Palsy, hearing & vision impairment
developmental & language delay, mental retardation.
Vision: Empower conditions, a sense of belonging, personal independence
while  gaining equal opportunities to the disabled student in the mainstream
educational system.     
Special Programs: Guidance & direction of school& kindergarten teams.
Implementing and develop pedagogic, and didactical resources in special
